Rain Team Heliolisk
Heliolisk is a new Pokémon introduced in Pokémon X and Y. It has decent Speed and Special Attack, but what makes it truly unique are its Abilities. All three of its Abilities are associated with weather. However, Heliolisk functions best in the rain.

Jumpluff is a Pokémon that is seldom used in competitive play, because of its relatively low stats all around. However, it has a very high speed stat, and learns a variety of status moves that are especially useful in Double Battles and VGC-type battles.
Noivern has an incredibly high speed, and a decent special attack stat. These stats, along with some moves that it can learn, make it an incredibly potent “revenge killer.”
