  1. Question of the Episode

Well, I started to hear the show a few episodes ago.
I think around episode 65 or so.

Like a lot of people, I love pokemon and started playing it a long time ago, with Pokemon Blue on my brand new Game Boy Color. I played every version until the new generation came on the Nintendo DS.
On that time I didn’t have the handheld and cannot find any other way of playing it, so I “stop” with pokemon for some years.

Although, with the announcement of Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, I wanted really bad to remember that kind of nostalgia on the remakes and I bought a DS. Well, best option ever.

Until now, with my 24 years, I’m still playing the X version that I love.

So I wanted to see what people were doing about pokemon. So, as a podcast lover, I searched for Pokemon related podcasts. A found some of them. But a lot were not very frequent to post, others don’t have quality, but then I found this one.

I started listening and liked it, so I subscribed it on my PocketCast app, and until now I’m listening.

I think this show is really good and I now that it’s very difficult to keep a schedule for making this kind of shows. So I’m trying to give the support that I can. Because I love pokemon and want to support people that also love pokemon and do amazing work.

Keep up with the amazing work, and you can know that you have at least one supporter from Portugal. 😉

    Maio

    • Maio, thank you for your reply to the Question of the Episode. Thank you for the compliments, I do my best to make a great show for everyone to listen to. 🙂

  2. I started to listen to the Podcast last summer. I had just gotten a new iPod with iTunes and everything, so I was exploring the podcasts, looking for a Pokémon-related one. I was following Pokémon X and Y news like crazy, and I was looking for any source I could find.

Naturally, this podcast came up in the search results. I listened to a few episodes related to X and Y, then saw that there were also episodes discussing IVs and EVs and tons of other things that I didn’t know too much about at the time, so I listened to those as well.

I ended up binge-listening to like 50 of the episodes for the rest of the summer, and I learned so much from the show. Since not many kids my age (I’m 16) care about Pokémon, it was great to have something to listen to, and when the forums came out, a place to discuss one of my favorite things ever.

I love listening to the show every week! Keep up the good work!

    • Dre, I think many of us have been exactly where you are. I remember being 16 and nobody around me played Pokémon. I would always be afraid to either admit that I was a Trainer, or even bring it up in conversation with my friends – fearing that they would make fun of me. These days, I don’t care who knows. That was one of the reasons I wanted to start this podcast all those years ago. Because I just wanted to discuss Pokémon with others who love Pokémon as much as I do.
